Prep and your day sheet

What the studio needs before the day, and everything to work from on it.

Before the day, the job page tells you what the studio needs from you. On the day, your day sheet has everything to work from.

Steps

  1. Open Jobs and pick the job. The Checklist lists what the studio needs: paperwork, gear and the run of show.
  2. Send documents with Take a photo or Choose a file. The studio checks each one.
  3. Confirm gear with I'll bring it, and notes with Got it.
  4. Open the Day sheet: Where, Who to call, Your role and the Running order.
  5. At the bottom, tap I've read version so the studio knows you've read the latest.

What happens next

If the studio changes the run of show, the version number goes up and you'll be asked to confirm again.

Good to know

  • The day sheet is saved on your phone, so it opens with no signal.
  • Only your own paperwork is here. You never see the couple's contract, invoices or photos.
