Every vendor on the same timeline, and you know who has it.
StudioCue runs the office side of your planning business: inquiries, discovery calls, proposals, agreements and retainers, and the vendor team on every wedding. One press sends each vendor their own timeline, and you see who has confirmed. Cue, your office manager, drafts each next step for you to approve.
Your inquiry form asks the date, the venue, the guest count, the help they want, the vendors they already have and their budget for the day. They book a discovery call from your real hours. When they accept your proposal, StudioCue writes the agreement from it, and they sign online and pay the retainer from the same link when your payments are connected.

Discovery calls booked from your calendar
A starter agreement: your clients contract with and pay every vendor directly
Full, partial or month-of
Each package carries its planning tier. Full and partial planning work the vendor team from the day they book, with a planning checklist dated back from the day: book the venue, the caterer, the florist, each due on Today when its month comes. A month-of client gets the Final details form eight weeks out, and the vendors they list on it join your team, booked.

A planning checklist, your own list or ours
Final details locked two weeks out, with the final guest count
The vendor team
Every vendor on the job in one list: who is booked, considering or still needed, when they arrive, load in and strike, what your clients still owe them and when, the tip, and whether their contract and insurance are in. Set the budget and booked vendors count against it: "$18,400 of $35,000 booked".

Balances, due dates and tips
Final details prefilled from the team
One press, every vendor's timeline
Draw each booked vendor's arrival onto the master timeline and publish it. One press sends every vendor a link to their own part, and each confirms from it: "7 of 9 confirmed". Change the timeline and publish again, and the update goes to anyone on an older version.

Walkthrough to the day
Invite your clients to book the venue walkthrough from your openings, four to six weeks out. The day before, your assistants' reminder carries the emergency kit and the payments and tips to hand out, in the order vendors arrive, and the vendor contact sheet prints from the job.

Credits, then done
Offer a payment plan: the retainer, up to six installments, then the balance 30 days before the day. Each installment is billed two weeks ahead and chased if it's late. After the day, one press sends your clients every vendor's name and website, yours first, to tag when they share it. Then the review, and the job closes.
