Your payments page shows every invoice for your booking and what's due next. You pay on your payment provider's own secure page; StudioCue never sees your card.
Steps
- Open Your payments from the email, or from Plan.
- Tap the pay button on what's due. Your invoice opens on Stripe's or QuickBooks' secure page.
- Come back here afterwards. The page checks for your payment by itself, or tap Check payment status.
- Schedule lists every invoice, soonest first, and which are paid.
- If you see Pay your final balance automatically, tap Save a card and your final balance is charged on its due date.
What happens next
Your studio sees your payment straight away. Paying the retainer reserves your date.

- A declined automatic charge is tried once more 3 days later. You can Remove card any time before.
