Your proposal is your photographer's offer: your package, any extras, the total and when each payment is due. Nothing is charged when you accept.
Steps
- If you're asked to Choose your coverage, tap a package, tick any Add-ons you want, then Confirm. Your price is fixed from then on.
- Open Your proposal and read What's included and the Payment plan.
- Happy with it? Tap Accept proposal, then Confirm acceptance.
- Something to change? Tap Request changes, say what you'd like, then Send change request.
What happens next
Your agreement comes next — by email, and under Your agreement here. Paying the retainer after you sign is the last step to reserve your date.
Good to know
- Accepting doesn't sign anything or take a payment; those are separate, secure steps.
- Want something extra later? Add to your booking asks your studio, and they send you an updated proposal.
- If your studio sent one booking agreement instead, you accept by signing it: tap Review & sign the agreement.
Words to know
- Retainer
- Your first payment. It holds your date, and its invoice arrives after you sign.
- Final balance
- The rest of the price, due before the wedding. Your payments page shows the date.
