Your agreement is the contract template StudioCue writes each couple's contract from, filling in names, dates, coverage and prices from the job.
Steps
- From setup, choose Set up your agreement.
- Upload your contract. StudioCue reads it and turns names, dates and prices into fields, or you can write it in the editor.
- Insert details with the field buttons, like Client names, Total price or Payment schedule (table). Use + Your own field for anything else.
- Check the Preview with sample details, then Save your agreement.
- Choose what happens When a proposal is accepted: StudioCue prepares the contract for you to send, or signs and sends it for you.
What happens next
Each accepted proposal writes a contract from the latest version. Contracts already sent keep the version they were sent with.
Good to know
- A contract with one of your own fields still blank never sends by itself.
- Seeing Not switched on yet? Writing contracts in StudioCue is turned on per studio; ask StudioCue support.
- Prefer your own paperwork? Record the signature on the job's Booking tab instead.
