Book second shooters and assistants for a job. StudioCue ranks who to ask and offers the job to one person at a time until someone accepts.
Steps
- Open the job's Plan tab and choose Crew for this job, or tap Staff this job on the job page.
- If offers were Prepared when this job was booked, check them and tap Send these offers.
- Otherwise choose Rank my options, set the roles, times, rate and Response window, then Approve crew plan and start.
- Know exactly who you want? Choose I know who I want and Send offer.
- Nobody accepted? Offer to someone else starts a new round without asking the same people.
What happens next
Each person gets an email and answers from their phone. If they decline or the window runs out, the next name is asked.
Good to know
- Before the day, crew send their W-9 and any insurance; you approve or waive each item.
- After the job, approve their hours and set Payment status. StudioCue doesn't pay anyone for you.
