Connect the tools StudioCue works through: Google Calendar for availability, Zoom for calls, Dropbox for files and QuickBooks Online for invoices and payments.
Steps
- Open Integrations. Each tile says what StudioCue uses that tool for.
- Tap Connect and sign in to the tool.
- Use Test to check a connection, and Manage to see its activity or disconnect it.
- Read the summary line: Not covered yet lists jobs that nothing you've connected can do.
- For autopay, open the Autopay tab and follow its three steps.
What happens next
StudioCue starts using a tool as soon as it's connected: busy calendar times stop being offered, and invoices sync with QuickBooks.
Good to know
- Sign-in details are encrypted and never shown in the browser.
- Autopay needs QuickBooks Payments, which Intuit approves for your business.
