Steps
- Open Clients. Along the top are Clients, Crew, Team and Vendors.
- Add client creates a contact. Their email becomes their portal login.
- Crew are freelancers you offer jobs to. Add crew member emails them an invite to set their availability and send their papers.
- Team are people who sign in to help run your studio.
- Vendors & venues are saved against a job: Add vendor, choosing the job they're working.
What happens next
Clients usually arrive by themselves from inquiries, so you'll rarely add one by hand.
Good to know
- Adding a crew member doesn't put them on a job; offers come from each job's crew plan.
