Get every inquiry into StudioCue automatically — from your website, your own form or your inbox — each with its date checked and a reply drafted.
Steps
- Open Studio settings and choose Inquiry capture.
- Easiest: Put your inquiry form on your website. Pick your website builder, copy the code and paste it in.
- Keeping your own form? Choose Keep your own website form and add Your StudioCue address as a second recipient.
- For The Knot, WeddingWire or email, use Forward by hand, or Forward automatically from your inbox with a Gmail filter or Outlook rule.
- Tap Test and send yourself a test inquiry. If a field lands in the wrong place, fix it and tap Looks right.
What happens next
Every inquiry lands in Inquiries and on Today with a reply drafted. The couple hears nothing until you send it.

- Forwarding address
- A StudioCue email address. Forward inquiries from your own inbox to it and each one becomes an inquiry here.
- Inquiry
- Someone asking about a date who hasn't booked yet. It stays in Inquiries until the booking is confirmed, then moves to Jobs.
- Couple's inquiry link
- Each couple's own link, added to your first reply once your consultation hours are set. They add details and pick a time to talk.
