Setup asks six questions: how inquiries reach you, when couples can book a call, what you charge, how clients sign, what you ask couples, and who sends your insurance certificates. Most are answered right on the page.
Steps
- On Today, tap Continue setup. Each question says why it matters.
- How do inquiries reach you? Pick a route, from On your website to Inbox rules.
- When can clients book a call? Tap Use Mon–Fri, 9–5 or Choose my own hours, and Connect Google Calendar so busy times are never offered.
- What do you charge? Paste or upload your prices, or Add one by hand.
- How do your clients sign? Set up your agreement in StudioCue, or tap I send my own agreement.
- Finish with your questionnaire and Who sends your certificates of insurance?
What happens next
Skip anything you like: StudioCue brings it back on Today when a job actually needs it. Change any answer later in Studio settings.

- Your studio's name, logo and email colours are in Studio settings, under Studio details and Email branding.
Words to know
- Forwarding address
- A StudioCue email address. Forward inquiries from your own inbox to it and each one becomes an inquiry here.
- Consultation
- A call or meeting before a couple books. They choose a time from your availability.
- Agreement
- Your contract. The couple signs it online and the signed copy is kept with the job.
