Ask Cue, then approve

Ask your assistant anything, or ask it to do something — it prepares, you approve.

Cue is your assistant. Ask it anything about your studio, or ask it to do something, and it prepares the work for you to approve.

Steps

  1. Open Cue and type into Message Cue, or pick a suggestion.
  2. Type a slash for a ready-made question, like /attention for today's priorities or /unpaid for balances owed.
  3. When Cue prepares something, it shows as a card. Nothing happens until you tap its button.
  4. Drafted emails wait under Prepared for you on Today and in AI review: Approve & send, Edit first, Reject or Dismiss.
  5. New conversation starts afresh; earlier ones stay under Pick up where you left off.

What happens next

Cue answers from your studio's records and shows where each fact came from.

Good to know

  • Reject tells StudioCue the draft was wrong so it learns; Dismiss just means not now.
  • Cue can never take a payment, sign anything or mark a job ready on its own.
