Add your packages, add-ons and price list · How to

Packages are what you sell; add-ons are the extras. Set them up once and every proposal draws on them.

Steps

Open Library, choose Packages, then Create package.
Set the Base price (USD), the Retainer type — a percent, a fixed amount or per crew member — and who you send under Photographers and Videographers.
Under What this package delivers, list the gallery, film or album and when each is due.
Add extras under Add-ons with New add-on, and tick the ones a package should suggest.
Already have a price list? Open AI import studio and Upload files. Nothing goes live until you activate it.

Proposals are built from your packages. Changing a package never changes the price on a proposal or booking that already has it.

Show this package to clients lets couples ask for it from their portal. New and imported packages start with it off.
Retire a package by turning off Available to book; past bookings keep it.

Package: A collection you sell at a set price: coverage, hours and what's included. Proposals are built from your packages.
Add-on: An extra on top of a package, like an album or an engagement session. It's priced on its own line.
Coverage: Who you send and for how long: photographers, videographers and hours. It fills your contract and can set a per-crew retainer.
Retainer: The payment that holds the date. With the signed agreement, it's what turns a job Booked.
