Invite the people who help run your studio, and choose what each of them can do.
Steps
- Open Clients, then Team along the top.
- Under Add someone to your studio, enter a Name and Email and pick a Role.
- Tap Send invitation. They get an email, and you can also copy the Invitation link.
- Change a role any time from the Role menu on their row. Suspend pauses their access; Remove ends it.
What happens next
They join once they accept, and see only what their role allows.

- Only the studio owner can manage the team.
- Crew are freelancers you offer jobs to: add them under Crew, not here.
