Ask for a review

Review requests ask each couple for a review after their final delivery, then stop as soon as they've left one.

Steps

1. Add your review link when you release the final delivery; it's needed then.
2. StudioCue asks twice: a note in the couple's portal 3 days after delivery, then an email at 10 days.
3. Open Review requests to see what's scheduled and what's gone out.
4. When the couple taps I've left my review, or you confirm it, the remaining asks are cancelled.

What happens next

Nothing is sent for a job that's been archived, cancelled or kept quiet since delivery.
