Set when couples can book a call with you, and see every consultation and event on one calendar.
Steps
- Open Calendar and tap Manage availability.
- Choose Closed by default (only the hours you add) or Open by default (everything but the times you mark unavailable), then set your hours.
- Under How you meet, pick Video call, In person or Phone call, and set the Consultation length (minutes).
- Tap Save availability. Your first reply to each inquiry now carries a link where the couple picks a time.
- To book one yourself, tap an open slot, Book, then Confirm booking.
What happens next
Booked calls show on the calendar and on the job. Move to… or Cancel updates the invitation and any Zoom meeting.
