The final balance is what's left after the retainer. StudioCue bills it 28 days before the wedding when it can, and asks you on Today when it can't.
Steps
- Most final bills go out by themselves, 28 days before the wedding, through QuickBooks or Stripe.
- When one can't — booked late, date moved, retainer recorded by hand — Today shows it. Tap Send the final bill.
- Paid by transfer, cheque or cash? Tap Paid another way and record it.
- See what's owed on Invoices. Final invoice review shows how each bill was worked out.
- Turn on autopay under Integrations, on the Autopay tab: couples save a card and the balance pays itself on its due date.
What happens next
The couple gets the invoice by email and pays online. It's due 14 days before the wedding.
