Send the finished photos or film to the couple, then close the job once everything reconciles.
Steps
- Open the job's Delivery tab. Tick Cards backed up first; nothing is released before it.
- Under This release, add each item: What it is, the Link, any Access code, and Downloads until.
- Or forward your gallery host's “ready” email to the job, then Read the link and code.
- Add your Review link, then Release to the couple.
- When everything is in, use Close and archive under Closing the job. Anything that happened elsewhere can be vouched for with Mark as done.
What happens next
The couple gets one email with a button for each item and their codes, and everything lands in their portal. Review requests follow 3 and 10 days later.

- Films have no download deadline; WeTransfer links last 7 days.
- Only owners and admins can close a job.
