Once a couple has signed, a new date or a change of package is a booking change: they sign an amended agreement, and the job keeps its place.
Steps
- Open the job and choose Change the booking. If the couple asked from their portal, Today shows Write up the change.
- Set the new Wedding date, or add or remove Packages. Tick any Calls with the couple that should move too.
- Add A note for the couple (optional) and tap Write up the change. Nothing changes yet.
- Check the new total, read the amended agreement, sign with your name and tap Sign & send to the couple.
- Signed on paper? Tap They signed it another way, then Record their signature.
What happens next
The couple signs in their portal. Until then their current agreement stands; when they sign, the job takes the change and what they've paid carries over.
Good to know
- Before the agreement goes out, change packages on the proposal instead, under What they're booking.
- If money is owed and the wedding is close, a new final bill is raised.
