Steps
- Open Insights, set the Report range, and narrow by Project type if you like.
- Read the top line: Booked jobs, Average readiness, Invoiced and Outstanding.
- Where inquiries come from shows which sources turn into bookings.
- Where inquiries stop becoming bookings shows the step where couples drop off.
- What StudioCue handled for you counts the approvals, sends and time saved.
What happens next
Use Export CSV or Print to share it. QuickBooks stays the record for your books.
Good to know
- The range filters jobs by their event date, and inquiries by the date they arrived.
