Bring in the weddings you booked before StudioCue, one at a time or from a spreadsheet, without anything going to the couples.
Steps
- Open Jobs and choose Import bookings.
- For one wedding, fill in The couple, The event, The contract and Paid so far, then Check booking and Import booking.
- For many, go to A spreadsheet of bookings. Download a template if you need one, Choose a CSV file, check the columns, then import.
- When you're ready to work with a couple, open their job and tap Bring this couple into StudioCue.
What happens next
Imported jobs come in quiet: no emails, invoices or reminders reach the couple until you bring them in. Inviting them to their portal is a separate tick.
Good to know
- Fill from QuickBooks takes what's been paid from QuickBooks, matched by the client's email. Nothing in QuickBooks changes.
- Only owners and admins can import.
