Messages holds every conversation with your couples, with a reply drafted for you when they write in.
Steps
- Open Messages. Conversations waiting on you are counted at the top.
- To start one, tap New message, choose the Project and Client, write it and tap Send message.
- When a couple writes in, a reply is often ready: tap Use this reply, edit it, then Send reply. Or tap Draft a reply.
- Each message shows whether it was Delivered, Opened or Did not arrive.

Couples read and answer in their portal and by email; their replies land back here.

- A coordinator's message about money, the contract or insurance waits for an owner under Waiting for your approval.
- Files a couple attaches show inside their message.
