Send the questionnaire

Questionnaires collect what you need from the couple — names, timings, the key moments — without long email threads.

Steps

1. Open the job's Plan tab and choose Client details, or open Questionnaires.
2. If StudioCue has a form for this kind of job, tap Send the form. Otherwise pick a template and Assign questionnaire.
3. To build your own, choose Build template, add questions with Add field, then Save template. Only Active templates can be sent.
4. When the couple sends it back, open it to read their answers and What StudioCue noticed.

What happens next

The couple fills it in from their portal, with reminders 7, 3 and 1 days before it's due. The due date is worked out from the wedding date.

• Editing a template saves a new version; forms already sent keep their questions.
• Questions marked Crew see it show up in your photographers' brief.
