Many venues want a certificate of insurance naming them. StudioCue asks your insurance agent, chases it, and sends it on once you've approved it.
Steps
- Open the job's Plan tab and choose Venue & insurance.
- Answer Does this venue require a certificate? — No — not required settles it.
- Otherwise fill in the Certificate holder exactly as the venue's contract writes it, the venue's details and your Insurance agent email, then Create and send request.
- When the PDF comes back, check it against the venue's requirements.
- Tap Approve & send to venue, or Ask agent to correct.
What happens next
Your agent gets a reply address unique to this request, so the PDF files itself here. StudioCue follows up every 3 days until it arrives. The venue hears nothing until you approve.
