The run of show is the wedding day's timeline. You draft it, the couple approves it, and crew and vendors work from it.
Steps
- From the job's Plan tab choose Open the run of show, or tap Generate schedule on Schedules.
- Fill in what you know — Coverage starts, Ceremony time, the locations — and tap Generate draft. Anything left blank is guessed and labelled.
- Adjust the items under The day. Check What we assumed, and ask the couple about anything in What we still need.
- Tap Publish reviewed schedule.
- For vendors, open Share run of show, tap Create share link and send it to them.
What happens next
Accepted crew get it on their day sheet and are asked to confirm it; the couple is asked to approve the parts meant for them. Each publish is a new version.
